• You may enter any one of the following ID Number types for results lookup: CWD Sample Number, Conservation ID Number or Telecheck ID number.
  • Enter only 1 ID type. Enter the ID type that is most convenient for you.
  • The CWD Sample ID is a number that is always 8 digits long.
  • You will receive a CWD Sample ID number when you surrender your deer for sampling.
  • Your Conservation ID is a number up to 9 digits long.
  • Leading zeroes on the Conservation ID will be truncated in the results listing.
  • The Telecheck ID number has both letters and numbers and begins with a K or an R.
  • The Telecheck ID number is found in the center of your deer permit
  • CWD testing is being conducted by independent laboratories - not by the Missouri Department of Conservation.
  • Results will be made available as soon as possible, however, the results may take up to 4 weeks depending upon case load.
